We are a pet-friendly community and allow dogs and cats. There is a limit of 2 pets per household. Animals must be registered with our third party animal verification partner, PetScreening.com. You can register your animal here https://grandreservemaitland.petscreening.com . Our restricted breed list includes Pit Bulls, Stafford Terriers, Chows, Akita’s, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf Hybrids, Rottweiler’s, Presa Canario and any mix of these breeds. Exotic animals are not allowed including but not limited to snakes, rabbits, ferrets and pot-bellied pigs.
